Cathy~I received the package and everything is accounted for and beautiful!! I actually called my neighbor @ 8:30 last night to have her come look at them!! When I spoke with the Coldwater Post Office she related that they only received the package in there possession on 10/14/2010 and it was delivered on 10/15/2010. What the heck happened between North Carolina and Ohio I have no idea… The Coldwater Post Master called me 2 times to ensure that all was correct and ok. I informed her that I did not mean to be dismissive; however, I had my pictures and I was happy.However, she may want to follow up with you as you were not happy with the chain of events! Dear Gordon and Cathy, I cannot begin to thank you for taking the most wonderful photos of our family on the beach. The whole experience could not have been better. I very much appreciated your prompt response to my email request for appointment, sending info as to what to wear, getting everyone’s faces in natural lighting, making everyone feel at ease so they smiled, the user friendly website, and most importantly, all of the exquisite photos of the family and each family grouping. In particular, I’d like to thank you for getting individual shots of my mom. She’s notoriously camera shy and usually talks or makes a face during picture taking, but you brought out the best in her, which is reflected in the photos.
