Dear Gordan and Cathy, We meant to email you earlier, but it has been a busy fall and Holiday Season with one thing or another. We just wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with the completed photographs. They really turned out nicely. Dear Gordon and Cathy, Thank you so much for searching for the galleries from years past. It was truly helpful. I just placed an order for 3 additional Gallery Mounts of the family from some of the years past. It will be a beautiful gallery on our upstairs landing wall. These pictures represent the 9 years of our summer vacations on the Outer Banks. It is interesting to see how the family has increased. We have enjoyed our many portrait sessions and the dinners following. Thanks for all your work and the time you spend with us. Yes, Cathy, we are very pleased with the canvas. We don’t really have the wall to display it properly here in Florida, but we will hang it anyway until we return to Virginia in the spring so all our friends here can see it. It arrived in perfect condition….that custom packaging you use is really something special. We saved it to pack up for the trip to Virginia. We’ll look forward to receiving the extra prints soon. Cathy~I received the package and everything is accounted for and beautiful!! I actually called my neighbor @ 8:30 last night to have her come look at them!! When I spoke with the Coldwater Post Office she related that they only received the package in there possession on 10/14/2010 and it was delivered on 10/15/2010. What the heck happened between North Carolina and Ohio I have no idea… The Coldwater Post Master called me 2 times to ensure that all was correct and ok. I informed her that I did not mean to be dismissive; however, I had my pictures and I was happy.However, she may want to follow up with you as you were not happy with the chain of events! I can’t believe our eyes are open in all shots, particularly me as I’m notorious for blinking! The only “bad” photos are of me and my husband and that’s my fault as I’m standing with my butt sticking out (but the faces are good)! Thank goodness for the digital era that makes it easy to crop! Dear Gordon and Cathy, I cannot begin to thank you for taking the most wonderful photos of our family on the beach. The whole experience could not have been better. I very much appreciated your prompt response to my email request for appointment, sending info as to what to wear, getting everyone’s faces in natural lighting, making everyone feel at ease so they smiled, the user friendly website, and most importantly, all of the exquisite photos of the family and each family grouping. In particular, I’d like to thank you for getting individual shots of my mom. She’s notoriously camera shy and usually talks or makes a face during picture taking, but you brought out the best in her, which is reflected in the photos. Everyone was on a “high” after the session and all expressed how much fun it was. Even Sam, the 10-year old commented that it was a lot more fun than he thought it would be and “it didn’t take forever.” I look forward to seeing you both next year!
